Construction Solutions

Founded in 1991, PT. Bina Kreatif Swakarsa is a full service general contractor, specialising in a full spectrum of integrated solutions in shipbuilding, construction and building maintenance. The founder, Tan Bun Ihiang, has been in the forefront of civil works since year 1986. Under his leadership and with a strong team dynamic, the Company has been growing into one of the largest construction and contracting companies in Batam, Indonesia.

People are PT. Bina Kreatif Swakarsa's greatest asset, contributing to a successful project. The Company currently has about 200 combined seasonal and full-time employees, including several graduate engineers. Several of our foremen and operators have over 20 years of experience in marine and construction industries.

With 35+ years of experience, PT. Bina Kreatif Swakarsa has completed over 100 projects including shipbuilding, commercial, residential and institutional work. With the experience gained in marine and construction, the Company is eligible for sole participation in tenders with well-known corporations (for example PT. Jaya Asiatic Shipyard, PT. Sumber Samudra Makmur, PT. Citra Shipyard, PT. Teguh Metta Internusa, and PT. Batamindo Investment Cakrawala) to take up mega projects.
